Wireless temperature module

With measuring system TFUNK up to 5 thermocouples type K can be read out. The system is suitable to be used in vacuum coating plants. The measured data is radioed out of the plant in real time. Large memory saves the data internally, thus the system can also be used as a conventional data logger.

Wireless connection

Communication with the system is performed using a 2.4GHz protocol between base station and terminal device.

Built-in antennas increase reliability of the radio connection. Communication between the base station and the system operator can be done via handheld remote control, USB or Ethernet.

Thermal insulation

At continuous process temperatures of over 100°C, it is necessary to protect the electronic components of the module. Due to a sophisticated system of radiation shields, the electronics can be operated for many hours even if the substrate carrier has a permanent temperature of 250°C.
